Our stay at The Oaks Victorian Inn far exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. The beautiful architecture and elegant décor were both impressive and well maintained. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, while the amenities were truly outstanding. Every detail contributed to a memorable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
We spent a restful three days at the inn. It’s beautifully appointed with antiques. It has a very long front porch, full of rocking chairs, which was an ideal place to get worked on later in the day. The breakfasts prepared by Kim were outstanding. I enjoyed practicing piano on the spinnet the entry area.
This place is beautiful. Room and bed were super comfortable, clean and roomy. The breakfast service was amazing!! Great food and very attentive chef. We have visited twice, and will be back again.
The room was clean. It was a gorgeous room with a cozy vibe. Breakfast was good! I had the fruit granola parfait with pancake tacos. The lady was extremely nice and attentive. Highly recommend staying here.
We loved the old Victorian ambience of this Inn. our room was beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed a great breakfast with personal attention from their wonderful chef, Kim. This will definitely be a regular stopover for us on our future trips to VA.
The room was very clean and spacious and loved the hospitality of the owner

Quaint Inn- loved clean jacuzzi bath tub. We only found this inn because of Expedia- however- literally 3 times comments made- well because you used Expedia we can’t enter access code for you- so upon arrival had challenges accessing property. Breakfast not included which is odd for a B&B.
Manager Kayla & her Mom were professional, kind, friendly & breakfast was a healthy variety & delicious! Anna queen room was very comfy & shower was spacious & nice warm water!
Phenomenal stay! Unfortunately, I was only here for one night in the Julia room, but it was very well furnished and had amazing amenities. The breakfast was wonderful and it is on my list when I stay in Christiansburg!
We loved the property. It was very beautiful. We will be staying again. Only complaint but not really a complaint is this is the first bed and breakfast we have stayed at where you had to pay for breakfast separately and was not part of the stay. We had to leave early but I am sure the breakfast was amazing.

The property definitely needs some TLC. Next to none nearby good food or drink. Bathrooms smelt like urine. I've stayed in historical homes before that didn't smell as bad as this one. My room was 80 degrees and wouldn't go down in temp. No friendly staff to greet you.
Beautiful home with period furnishings. Our room was clean and quiet and we liked the electronic checkin. Walking distance to charming downtown area with great restaurants.
Beautiful 1893 Victorian house. Fully of charm & grace. Good location. Quiet. Kitchen staff was very attentive & welcoming. Other staff responded quickly to identified room issue.
This quaint Victorian Inn is just 17min from Blacksburg. Charming with beautiful grounds, quiet and off the main street. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to order, and served at your requested time.
Beautiful overnight stay for our anniversary on our way to Tennessee. The property is beautiful and the room was quiet and quaint. The bed was soooo comfortable! Getting ready to have breakfast on the patio. Great place for couples!
The Oaks Victorian Inn is a beautiful old house. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, and friendly efficient staff. Our breakfast was delicious and delivered with a smile. Check in is easy self service, however the proprietors we don’t think live on the property. And if that is an issue for you, it’s good to know going into your stay. I would definitely recommend. Great stay!
