「Staff very helpful. Facility very clean」

「I drive a straight truck and needed to book a room on an overnight trip so I booked this property and was rudely awakened by the manager Harry pounding on my door early early morning demanding that I move my truck immediately. This guy was yelling at me like I ran his dog over or something. When I got to the parking lot it was empty barely 6 cars in the 100 parking spaces and I was using 3 spaces which meant there were still 90+ open spots. What makes it worse is I have stayed at this property...

「Parking was limited. There was no drop off/pull up to front door. We are seniors,and there was no elevator, but front desk was able to get us a room on the 1st floor. We changed out from a King to 2 doubles. That was fine.」

「Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.」

「Clean, inexpensive.」

「宿泊料金を鑑みればやむをえないレベルのホテルかなと思われる。部屋そのもののリフォームもそろそろ必要な時期では？　室内に設置されているＴＶもブラウン管式のものでかなり見づらかった。ＷＩＦＩは利用できたが携帯の3Ｇでの通信が出来なかった。」

「I had to wipe everything down the whole room was dirty. Maintenance does an awful job. We had to view rooms before we decided on what we wanted because person checking Us in wasn't sure. The hotel itself wasn't at all up to any codes of America's Best Hotels and in need of updates.」
