「Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. 」

「Well the hotel is pleasant and characterful. The heating was stuck on in the room with only a small window to open. Unbearable poor nights sleep. On complaining nothing could be done apparently so we were moved to another room. Which was much better. 」

「Quite pleased with service all around. I checked in early and there was a fee but not what other hotels in area are charging. No food available until 5:00pm. That’s when restaurant opens. Food choices were good for evening meals 」

「I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website.」

「We were here the night before a cruise. Other hotels near cruise port were double the price. This was still convenient and much less expensive. Clean and nice. Friendly staff. 」

「Paid £74 for a room with no kettle or TV, and wasn't even ensuit, so for me the price was about £24 too much, the bathroom was right next to my room, and the girl in another room was in and out to the bathroom all night, and then decided she was going to have a shower at 6.30am and then dry her hair, the room was comfortable and there was a kitchen and TV downstairs but nowhere to sit and watch TV as. The 1 armchair was covered in laundry and I didn't fancy sitting on a stool at the kitchen...
