The room was excellent and the restaurant meal deal was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel for those cruising out of Southampton. Short Uber from the port.

Excellent location to airport for an early flight. Nice walk to nearby park and further on to Eastleigh. Not much in the area of hotel for food so plan accordingly. Rooms clean and basic but did the job. Very efficient staff in the hotel section, restaurant was ok but expensive for what you get. A pleasant stay.

Quite pleased with service all around. I checked in early and there was a fee but not what other hotels in area are charging. No food available until 5:00pm. That’s when restaurant opens. Food choices were good for evening meals

Hotel was good, nothing around the area, no restaurants. Hotel has restaurant downstairs but you have to wait longer , need reservation, it’s only place where you could eat. If you’re going on a cruise better stay near central station.

Place is basic and ok. Shower is fine (not great) and bathroom generally is plastic and very basic. This is a very basic airport hotel, overpriced for what it is.

Clean rooms but very hard to find a hotel staff member since this is no service counter it main lobby. You enter a small foyer with a sit down chair at a podium, that’s your first impression of the hotel.
