「The check-in was good and pleasant the room had only one pillow each and one towel for 3 people. requested reception for more towels not a problem. More pillows was not a positive response and no more pillows were provided. we just made the meal on the night. we were expected to have the starter and main meal with the same cutlery. On request it was given to us in a very unprofessional manner. The location was not very good and we would not use this place again. We stopped only one night...

「The hotel was lovely, beautiful location and surrounding. Unfortunately there was wedding, birthday parties and event on and the we felt the service was slow. It took a while for someone to come over to our table, or take orders. We had to go to the bar to order more drinks, everything just took so long. For dinner, had to ask 2 staff for mustard, and the steak sauce came as the steak was nearly finished. I can only assumed dues to the busy weekend that services was less attentive, but staff are...

「Although I checked in quite late at night, the process was very smooth. The reception staff, as well as the other staff, were all very kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was also very clean and well maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay.」

「ロンドンより北に電車で約２０分程度移動した場所で、ロンドン市内よりもホテル代は格安で設備も特に不満は有りませんでした。周辺はバスターミナルと電車の駅を中心とした町のため、夜の７時を過ぎるとお店も締まり、開いているのはバーのみとなります。仕事でこの町を使う機会が多く、コストパフォーマンスはそこそこだと思います。また、LUTON空港へのバスで移動できますので、LCCでロンドンに入る際に使うと便利です。」

「This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. For anyone travelling by rail station right next to site across canal. I would definitely stay again」

「No air-conditioning. (Just in case you need it.) A fan was supplied in the room and like the room could do with a good clean. Dresser glass top you could see the dust laying on top. 「We only stayed for one night before an early morning flight from Stansted, but we were pleased with our stay. It was good value for money, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep — albeit a short one due to our early flight! The hotel was only around a 15-minute drive from the terminal, which made it really convenient for an early departure. There’s also a large car park at the back, which was really handy.
