This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.

We spent part of our honeymoon at La Maison Ottomane and it was exquisite. It is hard to imagine a better place to stay in Chania. There are three rooms and a small courtyard: everything is carefully curated, luxurious, well designed and thought-out, but also unstuffy. The Ottoman theme is faithfully executed, but not at all cheesy or overbearing. A super cute and amazing apartment, also very clean! The owner is so sweet and very quick at answering messages. They offer to pick you up from the airport and bring you back they day you leave if you need. It’s Very safe and quiet which was great for us as two girls traveling alone. The Main Street is a five minute walk with plenty of shopping and food as well as beach access. Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed.

The accommodations at Veneri Boutique Hotel were top notch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I during our trip to Chania. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The decor in my room was spectacular. The bed was the most comfortable I have had. The staff was friendly, charming and professional. This is my number one so far halfway into my trip. This will be in my plans for a return visit.

We stayed at Istron Collection Villas in September 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We absolutely loved the New Aurora Apartments. The rooms were super spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we could need. The parking was easy as well. We were close to numerous cafes, shops and restaurants so didn’t have to go far for food etc. It was also a short walk to a lovely secluded beach. It is a definitely somewhere we would come back to in a heartbeat.

A cozy boutique hotel with lovely front desk staff ! And of course the lovely Froso! Great location for access to downtown Chania . Well insulated for noise ..parking a little challenging if there were more cars but for downtown Chania that is a luxury ! Strongly recommend for those needing a city location ..

Great views great hotel

Everything across the board was A+. Although I live in the States, I have family in Crete and travel often. The space is huge, the host is extremely attentive, the location and cleanliness + space was top. Quite perfect.

Owners & staff where friendly, inviting and very helpful getting us settled and oriented in Chania and beyond. Their recommendation for activities and dining where spot on and they treated us like family. Would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Chania as it was perfectly situated in the old town Center with lots to do and see.

Highly recommended hotel with an amazing friendly staff from reception to room service. Our chamber maid Voula was exceptionally attentive and most accommodating. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum in a relaxing happy atmosphere. The entertainment in the evening was also exceptional with the 3 young tenors whom I fail to remember their names but they were majestic.
