"Amazing hotel decor and view. Rooms were done to a high standard. The la a carte was very good but would say the buffet was average. All inclusive drinks were good but service was slow, we put this down to it being the opening week. "

"The property is advertised as a 4 star probably based on the amenities however it’s a 3 star at the most based on UK STANDARDS. The food is limited for vegetarians apart from the array of salads and possibly 4 vegetarian main options. Foods are not not always labelled. However the chef is accommodating if given pre-notice. Rooms needs a revamp, common areas are not cleaned, sun bed are not cleaned daily."

"Resort is beautiful and offers a very good view. All inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner; which is good value for your money. However, some of the food options were dry ans lacking in taste. Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are big and clean."

"Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. "
