"The people and place were welcoming and helpful. From dealing with a medical emergency to finding a last minute ride to the airport, our hosts could not have been more lovely. They accommodated us more then enough and treated us like family/close friends. "Overall very convenient location, very friendly staff and clean. However, the hotel interior, the room and its amenities were outdated."

"Outstanding place and the staff are amazing, very kind and supportive! The food is great. We enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing place"

"Beautiful and clean rooms and facilities. All staff were amazing and so welcoming."

"Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby."

"Wonderful and attentive staff. Modern hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Nice and spacious place to stay before our flight out the next morning"

"Room was excellent "

"Amazing service The resort is beautiful, the food is great. Ria the restaurant hostess was absolutely amazing,"

"Air was working well, super clean , staff was helpful, and it’s a good location. Thicket bath towels would be nice."

"Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"Good standard. Hotel was clean, well maintained and the facilities were of a good standard. Pools were good, we also used the gym which was adequate for a hotel gym and the tennis and padle courts which were excellent. Food : buffet was efficient and generally pretty good, but not mind blowing. We used the Mexican and Greek restaurants which were both very nice. Service was very good."

"Had great time and everything as described. Good variety of food and bar service was excellent. Would recommend."

"One of the best resorts I have ever visited. From the property, staff, our suite, the service, the smell, attention to details and food; 100/10. My friends and I had an amazing time and did not even explore or utilize all the amenities. Will definitely be back with my spouse."
