"The property was very charming and traditional in style, and had everything we needed. A great location in the village, with many tavernas on the doorstep. The pool area was small but it was easy to get a sunlounger, with views to the mountain or over the roof tops to the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. "When we arrived at panorama we couldnt believe how lovely the place was. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were a pretty decent size and the hotel manager was always available to recommend excursions/restaurants. The location was also incredibly convenient- we were right next to a bus stop which took us to Heraklion city/airport and there are plenty of car rental places within arms reach if you want to go on longer excursions.
