「ホテルの施設案内的なマップなど何もないのに広いので、初日に色々分からなくて困った。エアコンのリモコンはフロントにもらいに行かないと部屋にはありません。二食付きプランでしたが、夜は飲み物が含まれていないので部屋からお水のボトルを持ち込まないと水代も請求されます。部屋もロケーションもまあまあ良いのですが、そういう細かいところでサービスが良くなくちょっと残念でした。」

「This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position.」

"施設はきれいで、スタッフの方にも丁寧に対応して頂きました。夕食込みのプランで、料理は美味しく、食べきれないくらいでした。問題点は、シャワーの温度が低いこと、そして騒音です。シャワーの温度は高くしても、ぬるま湯程度で風邪をひくのでは、と思うほどでした。また私が案内された部屋の前にライブハウスのようなものがあり、音楽の騒音と、若者が騒ぐ声が一晩中続きました。"
