Without doubt one of the best accommodation I have stayed in. Nice and comfortable, extremely friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcome and cannot do enough for you. Reception and management do everything to ensure you are comfortable, cared for and happy. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Lovely views of the Sea, sumptuous sunbed loungers. Food good and reasonable prices. One drawback is there the steep steps from the pool to the top and no lifts, however the Staff take the cases on arrival and departure. Very friendly Staff.

Did not like the steps with no elevator, but it would not keep us from going back. The walk up and down the hill to town was rough, but doable and good exercise. However, the hotel offers free shuttle service several times a day and taxis are easily accessible if you’re not feeling the walk. There is a shop with friendly owner at the top of the stairs and plenty of great restaurants a stone’s throw from the top of the steps. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The view is incredible and there are plenty of things to do.

so we arrived late at about 00:00 and check-in is 24hrs and we were greeted nicely at the front and our bags were taken from us to take through a van down the slope towards our room- what's so cute is the fact that there was a little shop opposite the hotel that specifically stayed open for us upon the hotel's request for us t get water and snacks even though his closing time was half an hour ago the property is so much prettier in person I didn't want to leave! the property also has a free shuttle bus at 11 am, 3 pm, 6 pm to and from the main road which is a very steep 20min walk or 5min bus service which was convenient staff were very friendly and helpful the area is very quiet calm and peaceful and the resort in itself has many aesthetic photo ops! don't think I would say its convenient though for people with mobility issues or the elderly- has a lot of steps or a very steep slope breakfast was tasty and good variety room sizes are very big good for families i would recommend booking the garden/duplex rooms! lots of cats in and around the property

Prettige plek voor een relaxte vakantie. Uiterst vriendelijk én behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Paar kleine minpuntjes: de sterk brommende airco’s die duidelijk nooit onderhoud lijken te hebben gehad. En het ontbreken van een zitbank. Overal staan bedden. Minstens 1 slaapbank zou veel beter zijn. En oh ja: de gladde tegels in het nieuwe zwembad…..

Wir waren eine Woche Gast hier und es hat uns im allgemeinen gut gefallen! Die neue Pool Landschaft ist ein Wahrer Traum und wirklich richtig schön. Man sollte aber wie auch in anderen Hotels einfach früh genug da sein da Liegen schon vor 8 Uhr am Morgen von unverschämten Gästen den ganzen Tag reserviert werden. Das sollte meiner Meinung nach kontolliert werden. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich. Wir haben leider eins von den älteren Zimmer bekommen was aber jetzt auch kein Problem war, da wir eh den ganzen Tag am Meer und in der Stadt gewesen sind. Die Klimaanlage rattert leider ein bisschen hat aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Auch im Badezimmer hat manchmal nach Kanal gerochen Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel auch so wieder Buchen da die Anlage gepflegt und auch das Frühstück gut war. Es würde sicher besser gehen aber auch viel schlechter. Das Negativste was wir über das Hotel sagen können, spiegelt sich aber durch den ganzen Urlaubort durch. Es ist egal wo man sich befindet (Hotel,Restaurant,Taxi,Bar usw) wenn man eine beschwerde hat wird man nicht ernst genommen und es wird einfach weg gelächelt was uns sehr gestört hat.ALLE Läden immer gleich wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gab. Am ersten Tag mussten wir zb das Früstück extra kaufen obwohl wir am letzten tag keins bekommen haben weil der Flug früh war. Einfach Tauschen war nicht möglich?! Wir sagen dennoch danke für die schöne Zeit!!!

Charmant petit hôtel au milieu d’un magnifique village et vue sur la mer. Salle de bain vieillissante et chambre avec le confort minimum. Le restaurant est le moins bon que nous ayons eu en Crète. C est dommage!

Nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Habíamos visto buenas referencias que fueron superadas en nuestra estancia. El personal muy amable. La piscina ideal para refrescar durante horas a la familia con bar pegado. El pueblo es una delicia para pasear. Muy recomendable.

Geweldig mooi verblijf 👍

Ik heb het er geweldig gehad zeer veel geluk gehad met het weer. De mensen super netjes en heel vriendelijk wat ik van mijn Griekse vrienden gewend ben. Accomodatie met veel trappen maar dat is ook goed voor de conditie.

Clean property with nice pool and amenities, about 1km away from Hersinosis seafront and busy night life. Located on a hillside, within Asterias Village Resort there are lots of steps. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Hôtel moderne, belle vue

Chambre moderne, excellente décoration, service a l'écoute. La piscine risque d'être trop petite en haute saison compte tenu du nombre de chambre. En raison des nombreuses marches cet hôtel pourrait ne pas convenir à toutes les clientèles. 20 mn de marché pour aller dans le centre ville. Bon choix de Restaurants dans le secteur.
