「The front desk associates were very informative and provided helpful advice. We highly recommend the store across the street, ELAIA, for outstanding service. The owner provided information from olive oil, honey to skin care products - a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and personable. The views from the hotel are beautiful and while not a huge beach, it is nice and cozy with 2 pools and plenty of room for couples or families.」

「Great location to access the beach, lots of shopping, and lots of dining and drinking establishments. Very walkable. Lucked out and got street parking a couple blocks away the first day, but had to do pay parking at the marina the second day. Reception staff Alex extremely helpful with calling the lost and found at Heraklion airport to try and navigate my missing suit case, which was very much appreciated. 「We stayed just prior to the beginning of high tourist season, but the only things not available were tours. The location off the main road and near a smaller less-crowded beach makes it feel very private. Our junior suite was roomy, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had a huge private balcony.
