Malevizi

"We had a good overall stay, and the host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. There are a few things that could use some attention, though. Some of the appliances need replacing—the kettle was rusty, the toaster was melted, and the coffee machine wasn’t working. We also noticed some mold in the showers and washing machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think the property has a lot of potential. With a few updates and some extra attention to cleanliness, it would be a great...

Morum City Hotel Chania

8/10 Good

"The room was a good size and staff were helpful. I thought the breakfast options were limited but ok. I didn’t use the amenities while I was there but the location was fantastic so suited what I needed."

GDM Megaron Historical Monument Hotel

8/10 Good

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the GDM Megaron. Our junior suite, with its balcony overlooking the harbour, was a real highlight and offered beautiful views. The only minor drawback was the lack of a table and chairs on the balcony, which would have made it easier to sit and enjoy the view for longer. Breakfast offered an impressive variety of choices, while dinner was beautifully prepared. The menu was somewhat limited, but this was only a minor inconvenience, especially as the hotel’s central location meant that plenty of restaurants were within easy walking distance. We therefore enjoyed dining out on most evenings. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The rooftop pool was another pleasant feature, although its small size meant it could feel a little limited when several guests were using it. Overall, the GDM Megaron is a stylish hotel in an excellent location, with wonderful staff, comfortable accommodation and a lovely atmosphere. Despite the limited dinner menu and small rooftop pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Heraklion."

Hyperion City Hotel

8/10 Good

"The room was clean, peaceful, modern, and luxurious. It had a large balcony with a view of the sea. The pool seemed to be always in the shade, surrounded by buildings so we didn’t use it as we were there in October. The breakfast was good with many options. The hotel is close to the seaside walkway to access restaurants and shops. 20 minute walk to the central bus station."

Enorme Infinity Beach ex Infinity Blue

10/10 Excellent

"The staff were amazing, front desk very helpful and available 24 hours a day. The rooms are pretty basic, but have everything you need. One of my bath towels was dirty at arrival but was switched out quickly by the staff. The food buffet is good, lot of variety however the seating in the dining area is partially inside and out. If the weather is poor and outdoor seating isn't open then finding somewhere to sit can be frustrating."
