「Good 」

「We spent 10 wonderful days at Issimo Suites and would happily return. We were surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful loft suite that felt like a cozy log cabin tucked into the rainforest. Waking up every morning surrounded by nature was unforgettable-we spotted countless tropical birds and, incredibly, all five monkey species found in the Manuel Antonio area right from our balcony. The sunsets overlooking the jungle and the Pacific Ocean were breathtaking. The hotel has a charming retro...

「The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges. Really not a very good customer service at the front desk. Restaurant and other areas the service was excellent.」

「We were not impressed with the hotel. It was much outdated and nothing special. Breakfast was not at all good. They should really change up the menu so people staying longer will have some options. Restaurant staff were not good. Bedsheets were so scratchy material and room was so gloomy. The only nice thing was walk to the Biesanz beach. Although walk to there and back is challenging itself.」

「Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko...
