"Clean room, friendly staffs, great location."

"The hotel is so conveniently located. It is close to everything… restaurants, department stores, subway station, hop on and off etc…. Our proactive house keeper Ms.Fu’s attention to Detail was next to none. Our room was always immaculate. With keen observation, she even thoughtfully adjusted the shower holder to a very appropriate height. We also had a very pleasant check-out experience with front desk staff Isabella. Her smile was contagious. She warmly greeted us, was efficient and we look forward to coming back to stay next time. Last but not least, Olivia at the Concierge desk was exceptional!!! She was knowledgeable and resourceful. She assisted with our restaurant bookings and gave great suggestions re our sightseeing options. These three ladies are true asset to your team! "

"It was our first family trip to Shanghai and mainland China. From the moment we arrived at Conrad, the staff warmly welcomed us. The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. Special thanks to Benjamin and Camille for their exceptional support despite my limited Mandarin, they made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai"

"The room was spacious and had a nice lay out with a view of the Pearl tower. Housekeeping was great, they accommodated our different times we needed it to be cleaned depending when we left during the day. They were always very pleasant and greeted us warmly. Service at the entire hotel was five star, from the reception desk, gym attendants and conserve. "

"The front desk staff went out of their way for me and gave me late check out and gave me very good directions on how to get to the airport. I was particularly impressed with the front desk young woman who was of Russian or Slavic origin."
