Great experience with hotel, very central location in a shopping centre with metro access a few minutes away. Many local restaurants. Staff in hotel helpful with one outstanding star, Mira Yang on reception who went beyond just doing her job and helped us book the theatre over the road, choose the best seats & ran across to the theatre and collect our tickets to allow us time to eat before watching the show 😁

We got the two bedroom suite and the whole family LOVED it. The pool is fantastic, so are the hot and cold plunge baths. The location is great. We loved having the opera house right across from the hotel and great shopping options at our door step. Only thing that I think could be improved is the cleanup after ordering room service.

We really loved this place! There was plenty of space for the whole family, and the room had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the location was great. The only minor downside is that the nearest subway station is a bit of a walk. Unfortunately, it was raining during our stay, and we noticed water leaking in several areas of the hotel, including the dining area and the covered pickleball court. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed and repaired soon. The food was excellent and of good quality. We also really enjoyed having so many activity options, including the gym, swimming pool, and outdoor sports court. Overall, it was a great place for a family stay, and we would definitely consider coming back.

Front desk staff needs to be trained more professionally. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady was playing on her cellphone and sitting the whole time when checking in us, even without any facial expression. I don’t feel any warm welcome.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Appartement in der City von Chengdu. Das Appartment war sehr gute ausgestattet mit eigener Küche Waschmaschine und Wohnzimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad sehr schön ausgetattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal dort und auch im restlichen Hotel sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Aussicht im Frühstücksraum war eine schöne Ergänzung. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral und U-Bahn ist gut zu erreichen. Die Panda-Station ist mit dem Taxi in ca. 35 zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

This is a great hotel conveniently located next to a huge mall that has everything you need. The hotel’s breakfast was delicious with a large selection of western food. We had a two bedroom with two bathrooms that even came with in suite washer and dryer. The unit was huge and staff extremely courteous. We couldn’t ask for a better hotel. Chengdu is an amazing city and Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence made our trip unforgettable. Would definitely return next time we come to Chengdu.

Sua localização a uma curta distância da estação Jinjiang Hotel da linha 1 facilitou o uso do metrô para ir até a estação Chengdudong. Caminhar pela região é agradável, então não sentimos necessidade de transporte para ir até o Parque do Povo, à Praça Tianfu e também à área comercial central. O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, nos ajudaram com a compra dos ingressos para o Parque dos Pandas. Um agradecimento especial para a funcionária da recepção que nos ajudou. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, com todas as comodidades, inclusive uma máquina de lavar e secar roupas. O café da manhã é excelente. Adoramos a estadia.
