「Room was very spacious but in need of an update. Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Shower and bathroom was great. The spa was ok but you had to walk outside to get to it and couldn’t use the other facilities like they said as we didn’t get wristbands. Pool was good but had lots of tape on broken bits on it. Adult food was good but kids food we sent back as didn’t taste good even the adults couldn’t eat it. The staff were the best part especially in the restaurant. For a Radisson I expected better to be...

「Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again.」
