「Perfect! Everything was good.　It's very convenient, there are many super markets around the hotel and China Town is close to the hotel. I could buy many kinds of food there. The kitchen is neat and clean. The bath is nice also. The hotel staff is friendly. The security system works well. 」

「キッチン設備は十分でした。 部屋の暖房設備の設定が2時間単位のようで、夜の設定が難しかったです。」

「Beautiful cottage. Wonderful decor and spotless. Lovely comfy bed and great nights sleep as area so peaceful. Wonderful village main street just 3 mins walk to pubs and lovely eateries.」

「The host Donna was brilliant, the service was great and she kept intouch with me. The room was lovely and had everuthing you need. I highly recommend to stay here. I am looking forward to staying again in the future. 」

「The property was very tired, nothing like the photos on the listing, Definately not a 9 star. Shower leaked, the bed was horrible, a park bench would have been more comfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and clearly had been laundered a lot. Photos were clearly staged, no pretty pillows or towels or flowers. Just a plain room. 「Amazing property, clean, spacious, excellent location and well resources. I definitely recommend.」

「Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.」

「Very clean rooms and living area. fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, microwave, etc Staff are kind and helpful. Beautiful views, enjoyed our time in the UK very much. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.」
