"An amazing experience! Abdiel, Rita, Ragner, and so many others took such good care of us. Such genuine people at a beautiful resort. Food was great! If you are up early enough you will see a wide variety of birds at breakfast. We even saw a few howler moneys in the evening! We did the ATM tour and appreciated the deep compassion and respect our guide (Ben) had for the history of the archaeological site. We'll be back!"

Sandra, our concierge, was able to assist us with all of our needs such as booking taxis and golf cart rentals. Her response to all of our questions (we had many!) was prompt and detailed.
