「スタッフがフレンドリーで、スペイン語もＯＫ。とても静かで、のんびりできました。」

「When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. 」

「My friend and I booked a stay at “Muna” guest house for this stay. The house was very beautiful and had all amenities you would need! However, when booking, it did not seem to specify in an obvious way that this house would be off of the resort (about a 3-5 minute walk) so this surprised us. Even though it is off the resort you still can use all resort amenities though. Other than that, the guest house was clean, quiet, and beautiful with tons of birds and wildlife around. 」

「There are no words for this place. The food was amazing and the resort is beautiful. Everyone made the trip unforgettable. Melanie was so incredible even before i arrived. The mood mud massage was the most unique spa treatment ever. Do not pass that up. Every detail was perfect. We literally never wanted to leave.. they dont treat you like a guest. From the moment you arrive you feel amazing. I cannot say thank you enough! 」

「First time staying at this property and I absolutely loved it! From the beginning, the staff were so welcoming and attentive! They gave great recommendations for things to do in the area! The front desk staff were so punctual and had ever ready when needed! Our villa was super clean and spacious. It was a lovely time! Only downside was it being on the Lagoon side of the island, so wasn’t much beach area, however, the boat tours and other activities made up for it! Would stay again!」
