「オーナーだかマネジャーだか知らないおばさんが態度悪くてびっくりしました。安かったのでここにしましたが他に同じ値段なら絶対に他に行きます。ブルーホールのツアーもネットからの予約が中断されて直接連絡して欲しいと依頼しましたが全くしてくれず結局3日経った後にキャンセルさせてもらいますと連絡が来て飛行機もその為にキャンセルしたのに乗れずにショックを受けていたら次に泊まったホテルの方が全部手配してくれて予約出来ました。このホテルの人はサービスは全くよくないホテルでした」

「Very cute room (we stayed in a cabana that Sarah upgraded us to! Thank you!) and comfy huge king sized bed. AC worked well. Everything was super clean and had what we needed! The only downside was the mosquitoes since we were right on the canal, and it was a 30 min walk into town (or a 10usd/20bzd golfcart taxi, or ride the free bikes if you’re comfortable). 「Rhonda and Ron were amazing. There were so many things they did to help us, including suggestions for food, excursions, and fishing locations. The property was beautiful and so comfortable!
