「The location of this hotel is outstanding. Opportunities to walk locally and safely with woodland statues and fairy glen for company. Super breakfast and dinner both in restaurant and bar. 「The hotel itself is very old, probably same as others near here but the location was excellent to go around city center, ferry terminal and Scotrail station. In addition, I would like to say that hotel staffs were also very friendly and kind. 」

「This hotel struck me as an old-time resort hotel, something out of a movie! The rooms were gorgeous. There was a pool (which we did not use). There were several dining options, a beautiful reception and bar area, and wonderful views of the water from the lobby and from our room.」

「Where to start? What's not to like here. A stunning loch-side location; beautiful and well-appointed room overlooking the loch, Nespresso facilities, great shower-room. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and could not fault a thing. The choice, presentation and taste of the food were all superb. We had a minor issue in our room but the staff were onto it and it was fixed in no time. I couldn't recommend this place more.」
