This was in walking distance to the waterfront which had all the shops, cafes and restaurants that we needed. It was also close for the ferry to Mull. The hotel did not have a buffet but you ordered from the menu and everything was brought to your table so everything was piping hot. They also had a good breakfast selection to choose from. We were very pleased with the standard of cleanliness of the room. Nice big shower as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed one night and had the car valet parked. The car was on time in the morning. Pub in the hotel was excellent and our breakfast was just right. As Americans, we are used to huge breakfasts but this was a great change from feeling over stuffed! Hotel was right on the water with amazing views! Highly recommend a stay at Oban Bay Hotel!

The hotel was quaint and charming, a little old in places but nothing major. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner there and it was wonderful, other than they did not cook my steak correctly, but they took it off the bill, which is great customer service.

Perfect! So glad we booked here!! Great location, lounge areas to eat, drink, and enjoy the view. We also enjoyed the view from our room. Very clean rooms with space for 2 people. Food was so-so. 3 of us ordered medium rare steak for dinner and all three steaks were cooked well done. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation.
