「Nice breakfast, The property looks the same as it did 5 years ago and has lost that cosy feel. It needs a little TLC and it seems to have lost the ‘Scottish roots’ Staff are very polite but wouldn’t say friendly with almost a passive agressive attitude. 」

「The mattresses and pillows were really bad. Nothing was very clean other than the bathrooms. Our sink made noises most of the night, and our toilet rarely flushed. There was incredibly limited parking. There was a leak on our ceiling and very thin walls. You could hear every other occupant. There was also an unpleasant smell in one of our two rooms.」

「I can't say enough about the Sugar Boat....check in, personnel, food.. all incredible. The location is perfect..right in the middle of a pedestrian square. Every single interaction we had with the staff couldn't have been more positive. Wonderful experience!」

「As we visited in the month of May , it was cold and we had to beg to have the heat turned on. Once it was,it was comfortable. I do not think that the rooms have seen any updating since the 1970’s…the room furniture was not in good shape. The hotel is well situated overlooking Loch Lomond and easy to get anywhere. This breakfast was great!」

「I just wanted a simple hotel to come back to after driving all day. No remote for tv, forgot to ask in the morning before leaving for my day trip. Got in late, managed to get Tv on and on a channel, but next night there was a Samsung update message that required the remote. then went for a shower…nearly got severe burns from the tankless water heater as it doesn’t seem to work properly (hot is cold, and apparently cold is hot and extremely dangerously hot. Nowhere to escape to as the shower is...

「グラスゴーのハイランドの入り口に立地して、ロッホめぐりに最適です。歴史のあるホテルですが、シャワー付き浴槽、トイレなど水回りはしっかりと整備されています。朝のイングリッシュブレックファーストはシェフがしっかりと調理されたものでとてもおいしかったです。ホテルのスタッフはプライドを持ち明るく対応してくれました。閑静な木立に囲まれたホテルですが、すぐ前には浜辺やヨットハーバーがあり散歩するのに適しています。駐車場も広く、周辺のロッホへのドライブも快適です。グラスゴー市内は車で1時間足らずです。買い物は隣のビレッジが歩いて30分ほど車で行っても容易に無料で駐車できます。大きなスーパーや個人の店もあり鉄道駅もあり観光地として整備してきています。また、泊まりたいホテルです。」
