"Expedia did not book me the lake view room I booked. The hotel tried to put me with a view of the dumpster and garbage. I refused it. They gave me an old hill view room over the public bus stop. Not the lake view room I imagined on Loch Lomond."

"Decor here was very outdated however we enjoyed our stay here for the following reasons; The bed here was very comfortable. The bar area located by the reception desk had fabulous views of the mountains. And generally the hotel had a warm & cosy feel about it."

Wonderful Stay

"What a find! There is nothing to fault the property on, outstanding views, wonderfully comfortable and loads of parking. Being able to go into the loch for a paddle was an unexpected delight!"
