「The staff at the hotel were all lovely people which made our stay something special. Our only negative comment is the TV in the room is way too small and the remote was very worn. The breakfast and dinner quality & options were excellent, prices were all good and service at all levels was top rate. Thank you to all the staff!

「Stayed with grandchildren in a great room. Staff extremely knowledgeable and accomodating. I did not like the breakfast dining experience. No back ground music the food was not great and you coukd hear a pin drop. No one talking at tables it felt awkward. Otherwise a great stay. I will stay again it was very pricey but location is why 」
「Cozy single room with lovely argyle check interior a new clean bathroom and a lift. The lady at the front desk was so nice and adjusted the TV very quickly. Close to nice pubs and Kelvingrove Art Gallery.

「Everything was great, nice room, beautiful scenery, quiet location, good food. We used underground in Glasgow so it is a bit far from the nearest station, but you can manage with your luggages.」
