"The staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We stayed one night as we came for a funeral and they were very accommodating. Ryan and Amy you were absolute star and thank you for your hospitality and support."

"The refrigerator in the rooms don’t work. This was confirmed by the maintenance workers. He told us and other guests that the refrigerators are not ventilated properly. The front desk takes responsibility for nothing. We would ask for directions and they sent us the wrong way every single time. At one time they turned what should have been a 10 minute walk into a 70 minute walk. The T.V. Remote went missing in my room. When I asked for another remote, I was told that was not their problem. The staff was of no help in any way."

"We stayed in a double room upstairs . The toilet was in the roof slope so potential to hit head . Door handle broken. Strange open space to roof void also could do with covering over or a door on it . Bed really comfy. It was warm weather so a bit stuffy even with window open . Plenty of space for clothes . Host very attentive Great continental breakfast included which I hadn’t realised was included Great for getting to edingburgh ."

"The service was mediocre at best, then NO hot water in morning, when we called first time said their was no issue, no one else had a problem, told to run the water until it got hot, 10 minutes later called again different person acknowledged the hotel did not have hot water, manger was going to reset the hot water tank, called back 15 minutes later, told they did not have a solution, did not offer any help."
