Got to the hotel at 3am to find out that my multi night stay was cancelled since they assumed thst i was a no show. . To rebook costed my over double the rate i was previously charged on expedia. I have done this routine many times at different hotels with no issue. They exploited the situation."

When I asked for a microwave before the breakfast bar was open he showed passive aggression by closing the cabinets very loudly and muttering under his breath. My son was with me and I felt bad that he had to go through that. "
