This place is not only located in the BEST spot to enjoy the city square amenities, it is sooo cute. Modern, meticulously clean and conveniently located. All the things you need for a good stay.
The property was lovely and clean, the people were super helpful and friendly. The great location enabled us to walk around the town enjoying the shops, restaurants and Connies ice cream! The only addition I would make is more hooks in the bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Charming little hotel—perfectly situated on the square and just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent via both email and text. We received our room number and access code the day before, so we knew exactly where to go. Although check-in is normally at 4:00, we got a text letting us know the room was ready early, which was a nice bonus. We'll absolutely stay here again next time we're in the area!
First experience in a boutique hotel, but wife and I come pretty prepared. This hotel is in the heart of a small town and conveniently close to everything. Clean and spacious.
We had an amazing stay. Property has been recently renovated and very clean. We had to bring our baby last minute and they were very accommodating and so up a pack n play before we arrived. Check in and check out was seamless! Would stay again!
27 on Park is a wonderful small hotel. The rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. The location is fantastic in walking distance to the town square, restaurants and tasting rooms. You can’t go work if you book the hotel.
Really enjoyed our stay!! We were upgraded to the presidential suite which is beautiful. The room was well decorated and very clean!!!!! It’s convenient to the shops and dining. I truly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.
The staff here was very friendly and supportive! They accomodated us when they could and allowed us to change our baby since we were early and the room wasn’t ready. The property is nice and a short walk to the square.
Beautiful rooms! The location couldn’t be better. Right on the historic square. The Dahlonega Gold Museum is right across the street. The nearby waterfalls and State Parks are another perk. We will always come back to 27 On Park when we return to this beautiful town in North Georgia.
We are so happy we stayed here!!! Everywhere else looked so old and dated, but 27 on Park was so modern and clean! We absolutely loved it, 10/10!!!!!! The bed was so comfy (and I am very picky!) everything about the property was nice! It is so conveniently located to the square! If we are ever back there, we are staying here without question!!
My stay was in what I would term as a mini suite. The room was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, cozy and comfortable. I dealt with Bebe, who was wonderful and helpful. All things considered, my stay was a knock out of the park!!
The owners were very accommodating of request made. They communicated in a timely manner. The boutique hotel is conveniently located in the town square. Our suite is very clean, roomy, nicely decorated. Would like added amenities of lotion in bathroom and maybe a small microwave to re-heat tea or coffee. The grounds is small but secure. Flowering or potted flowers will be nice to sit outside to enjoy the pretty Spring weather, though you can also do that in the square.
Only problems 1) uphill walk from parking, but I am 70 and 2) in our room #5, we could hear people talking loudly in an adjoining room all evening. Staff was wonderful but only on premises before 6pm. They did answer all text questions immediately regardless of time, however.
A great place to stay at the foothills of the mountains & close proximity to several local wineries. This hotel didn't even feel like a hotel - just a wonderful suite to call home for a night. The rooms were spotless as well as bathroom. Updated construction and decor make it truly a great value for the price. There was a little kitchenette with two wine glasses, fridge, etc. (Only suggestion would be to add a few pieces of silverware). The couch was comfortable, tv in both rooms and the bed was cozy. A one minute walk to the square which offered several options for food - at least two brunch places that i noticed, a cafe/bakery to get coffees and such, general store to shop, grateful dead store & more.
Before we left, we forgot something in the room but already locked the door but thankfuly, a staff member was there within 5 mins to help out. We really found a gem here and hope to be back.
We stayed here during the town's Gold Rush Festival, and the hotel's location was perfect - literally feet away from the main square. We were told the hotel had been recently renovated, and it was done nicely. Not only was our room attractive, comfortable and large, but little extras like a corner coat rack/shelf and two chairs (not just one) made for a very convenient stay. The only negative was parking. We were given a parking pass for Friday and Saturday but the festival ran through Sunday afternoon. On Sunday, we had no pass, and given the large event, parking was scarce and patrolled. We had to move our car to a garage further away, when just another 6-8 hours on the parking pass (still well before the next guest check in at 4 p.m.) would have allowed us to stay put.
