"Clean, well maintained and comfortable. The host is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Grey Goose had everything we needed, and more. Lots of shopping and restaurants are just down the road. There are many games and fun activities on the property. We enjoyed seeing deer on our walk to the dock and used the kayaks & paddle board frequently. We watched lots of football with the included Fubo streaming service and 2 big screen televisions. It's just a short drive to the mountain trails and waterfalls of north Georgia. Grey Goose was a great place to evade peak Florida hurricane season, see some Fall colors, and spend time with family (now living in nearby Cumming). With so much to do, we all had a great time!"

"Great log cabin with good ac/heating. Beautiful location. Very tranquil and was perfect for all seven of us. The upstairs loft area is very private which makes it great for the little ones while the adults stay up late.Patrick was a great host and handled any issues very quickly. Kids liked the fire pit. "

"This is an awesome property. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for family to have privacy but also plenty of nice, comfortable space. The lower level was full of entertainment choices for all ages and it brought cousins together no matter their age. The kitchen was well- equipped for all levels of cooking and dining. The lake access and available water vessels were so much fun! Shade is provided on the upper deck. I can’t say enough about this excellent property and the owner. She and her husband were very attentive and responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property!"

"The floor slants significantly which makes mobility difficult on both levels of the house. Cleanliness was subpar--dirty floors and bathroom had hair everywhere. Toilet paper & paper towels were not stocked and we had to ask for more within the first day. We would have have used kitchen towels, but were not provided. NEEDS toilet paper holder! Waterless toilet is GROSS & literally stinks up the house & has to be changed by the host. Shower was slick and unsafe. Front door cannot lock effectively from the inside. The driveway is too small. Internet is unpredictable. AC worked well, though."

"It is a beautifully renovated lake home outfitted with everything you could want - kitchen equipment and supplies, outdoor toys, toiletries, etc. Some places are bare-bones equipped, but this place is the opposite of that! Very clean and comfortable. Great communication. We would definitely stay again! "
