The bed size was comfortable for 2 of us. The breakfast was healthy and the cappuccino was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone and make sure to ask for the type of room you like that fits your need. It was very close to underground train station and very safe place to stay. Thank you for everything you did for us. We greatly appreciate it and plan to stay again when we visit London next year."

"We had hoped for a room with a bathtub and a pretty view and that is exactly what we had, and more!! Everyone was so helpful at the front desk: they helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, they held our luggage while we ate breakfast, they were so friendly in very real ways. Wonderful!!"
