"I loved the fact that it was inside the shin-Osaka station, so I didn’t have to leave the building to travel around. The hotel was super tiny, expected of Japan hotel rooms, but it had everything I needed, except a body cream. PS- If you book rooms that connect, the rooms are on the floor where they all have the same view: AC units. Don’t expect any other views."

"I stayed here for 4 nights with my son. The room was spacious for a standard room and very clean. I loved the spa and the shampoo bar for washing my hair. The hotel provided great amenities. We especially loved the lounge, which had complimentary snacks and drinks at different times throughout the day. A lovely stay."

"We loved the hotel. It was a great location- in a beautiful part of time. Staff was great. Didn't get to use the gym or pool but seemed nice. Rooms were typical hotel rooms but clean, comfortable and quite. Beautiful views of Osaka from our room! Only complaint was the bar wasn't open in the evening. We like to have a drink in the evening but had to find another venue. There was a great bar (not run by the hotel) on the first floor with super friendly staff, nice food and good desserts so worked out well. There was a Lawson's right by the hotel as well for any other needs we have. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises in the future."
