"Kind of dirty, floors were dirty in common area/foyer, stuff stuck to the walls, hair in the shower when we got there. Pool closed, end of May. Staff was upset when we asked for more towels on our third day. Ok place for a quick stop, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night, probably wouldn't go back."

"The staff was nice. However, there had been a fire in the hotel the night before I got there. None of the fire alarms were in working order. And due to the fire, no breakfast was served, even though that was supposed to be part of the price. The bathroom had peeling paint. The floor felt gross. The whole place kind of had a musty smell like the second day they started to repair the fire alarms without letting us know which caused them to go off constantly. Overall, I would say the place was just rundown and sketchy. It most definitely was not worth the price."

"They allow pets which is great if you need that but annoying if you don’t. The bathroom needed repair and the bedding wasn’t great. Honestly would not stay here again."

"We drove to this hotel from Pennsylvania to attend a graduation ceremony for our granddaughter. After riding for 7 hours, we arrived at the hotel. The lady at the desk told me she had no reservation, it had been cancelled by the boss. She said perhaps my card was declined and I told her that was not possible because I had already received a message stating that my room was booked . She said I booked through Hotels.com, which I did and I had itinerary numbers and check in information. I asked if they had any rooms available and she said no and she told me to take a business card and call the boss Monday. Luckily we found another hotel not too far away and they had a room available. When we got to the second hotel I saw a gentleman that had been at the first hotel and overheard him telling a gentleman the same thing happened to him as he was told his room had been cancelled. I feel this was a situation that should not have happened. I will never book this hotel again . Through the booking process, I had checked and rechecked that all was complete and we received a note looking forward to our stay. She said I booked with hotels.com and perhaps the situation was their fault. I had received a message from hotels.com that all was ready for our stay. So to answer your question as to how was our stay - there was no stay. "

"Parking is easy and convenient. Attached via an elevator. The room was clean. Lots of options for food in the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and offered us cookies on check in and check out. "

"Clean, comfortable, and quiet room with good beds. Expedia had no warning that the hotel was going to charge me $20 more for parking. The room had no microwave, probably because there are restaurants in the hotel. Even Motel 6 has microwaves in their rooms. It was a good night's sleep though."

"We loved the hotel’s old country elegance and the estate like setting at the foothills of Avon mountain. The beautifully wood paneled tavern room served excellent dinner with live music. Breakfast was served in the bright and airy dining room with an atrium like setting. Our room was very spacious by today’s standards and beautiful. Great for a weekend getaway."
