「Ronnie was incredibly responsive and accommodating for any issues. The apartment is exactly what’s shown and was very well maintained. My group and I did have an issue with our parking pass, but Ronnie was willing to reimburse us for the parking which we need up making an arrangement 」

「The location was fantastic.Check-In, Parking and Check-Out easy.The images of the condo were misleading.- cockroaches were present- Floors were not swept- sofa bed sheets were still on bed and unwashed- makeup on the pillow cases from the pullout couch and the hair dryer bag- bedside furniture had broken drawers- one kitchen chair was extremely wobbly- kitchen table light did not workWe will not staying here again.」

「Overall good location and clean unit. Mattress, pillows and linens need upgrading. Hosts were responsive with request for iron/iron board in unit. Can get noisy as bars are closing.」

「Great place in a very nice part of the city. Walkable and lots to do around, and a reasonable parking garage right across the street. Apartment was clean, comfy and easily accessible.」

「Extremely thin walls - I could hear literally everything in the rooms next door. Location was decent, but very loud at night. Random people screaming for no reason until 3am every night, drag racing happening, etc. Room was mostly very clean, except for black gunk/spots around the AC unit. Unsure what it was. Blake was slow to respond but nice. Didn't have any issues getting in the building or with the check-in process. Definitely would not stay here again due to the terrible walls and noise...
