「This apartment was very clean and well-stocked. It was comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location in the center of Connecticut, a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We went on the hiking path just minutes from the front door. We went to Massachusetts, NYC, and Rhode Island, all were a hour and half or less away. In the backyard, we ate in the covered patio and sat around the firepit. There were top-notch grocery stores or dining options within five miles. Our host was responsive and caring. 」

「Very nice property. I would have liked to have known that there would be other occupants staying in a separate, locked downstairs apartment. That part was not listed in our agreement so entire home should be removed from listing. Having the other occupants had my family parking in the street which was fine but I prefer to be parked in a driveway. There were no problems with other occupants, I just would have liked to have know sooner than the night before. The 4 rating on cleanliness was because...

「The place is marginal at best! Old bread in cabinets, neighbors light goes on all night like a police car, smelly, small bathroom. Feels like a college dorm room . Left after one night and stayed at a friends house. And no online reviews? Makes me think they are being deleted somehow.」

「Did not stay even one night. Was charged anyway. The driveway, walkway and stairs were dangerously icy and poorly treated considering the weather. Moved to a hotel.」
