「Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. 」

The bathtub has blue stains, there were no bathroom towel racks (just holes where they used to be), and in general the pictures online seem to be enhanced/docotored to make the apartment seem more upscale than it actually is. Pros: security at entryway, dog friendly, location. cons: For this price point I have stayed at comparatiavely better quality rentals. However, it got the job done and was what I needed for...
