「Ideal location and well stocked apartment. The host was so responsive and welcoming. When we arrived the first evening the apartment had a strong smoke smell and we alerted the host who offered to have someone come by the next day to freshen. 「I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. 」

「Apartment is very small with no living space. We brought several concerns to the host’s attention but they were not addressed. Our main concern was that there were no apparent smoke or CO detectors, a single egress and the only fire extinguisher was in a box under a sink. This violates CT fire code.
