「It’s a basic hotel. The woman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Parking was easy. The hotel is right off the highway and there are gas stations, restaurants and fast food easily accessible by car. The room was clean. Adequate place to lay your head. It feels like it’s in the middle of the quaintest tiny villages but Hartford is under 30 minutes away and New Haven was an easy 45 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the room was huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.」

「WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE!!! Upon checking in, the “manager” said the hotel didn’t get the money via Expedia so he couldn’t give us a room. I had the receipt where I had prepaid for the room with the confirmation #, he proceeded to argue for 15+ minutes that he would not be giving us a room.
