「I think this was an old lake resort. The exterior is in disrepair, the pool is out of commission, and the decore is dated to the point of quirky. But, the staff is friendly, the room was immaculate, and it has an overall charm that we thoroughly enjoyed. My only recommendation would be for more pillows... there aren't enough on the bed to prop yourself up to watch TV.」
「Not sure why Expedia charges almost twice more than a direct booking with Best Western itself. Expedia screwed up my reservation and I am not happy at all.
Best Western was very accommodating, I wish I could say the same for expedia. 」
「Lovely stay at the hotel. Restaurant was good and bar had nice selection. Drawback was they said they have room service but wanted to charge me much more to bring the same plastic containers to my room that I walked down to the lobby to get. So I would not call that room service. 」
