「I don't ask for much, especially when the value/price for a room is good. But this place smelled bad, was worn down, and they were actively working to replace flooring on the second level while I was there, and workers kept throwing trash and old carpet over the balcony, I was almost hit in the head a few times. This place is a hub for crime as well. Very interesting experience. Sketchy characters walking around and homeless sleeping on the grounds. Good times!」
