「Front desk associate on Monday morning is a complete fail. Don’t stay there if you need an hour late check out. I have arranged 12pm checkout 3 separate times as I have 11am conference call and travel to Manchester for business. I have been told no issues for the hour late check out. While on my conference call front desk has called the in room phone telling me check out is at 11 am and they are charging me additional fees. I have had to put my conference call on hold and deal with front desk...

「I didn’t realize the hotel was under construction and the room options were slim. The staff was nice and attempted to accommodate for the inconvenience. It wasn’t really much they could. Renovation is always a good thing. 」

「子供の学校入寮のため利用しました。 浴槽がある部屋が条件に予約の際、また後日にも再確認したのですが、シャワーのみ部屋に案内されたのが残念でした。。がリクエストを約束して頂いた内容のコピーを再度みせて交渉したら変更できホッとしました。こういうことは海外ではあるあるなのでしょうが 少しストレス溜まります。その他は問題なく また利用したいと感じました！ 」

「１８２０年から建っているのか確かめませんでしたが、思わず写真を撮りたくなるような絵になる外観。内装もきちんと整備されています。ところどころ壁が湿気で剥がれてきたりということはありましたが、問題無いレベルです。調度品やベッド、ロビーの家具などアンティークでお洒落です。ただ、３階は断熱が行き届いてないのでしょうか、暑いです。フロントの対応は親切です。」

「とても感じの良いホテルです。この地域で選ぶならここがお勧めだと思います。 お部屋も良いのですが、私には暖房が必要な気温でしたが、冷房でした。これは海外のホテルではよくあることなので想定済みでしたが…。２泊目のお隣の部屋が多分一晩中テレビをつけっぱなしだったようで、音が気になりました。海外のホテル全般に言えることですが、どうしてハンドシャワーにしないのかな？」
