「I mentioned to the Avon Old Farm Hotel staff that I was very disappointed with the many malfunctions, including: the desk phone had no power, the TV wasn't connected, so Netflix wasn't available. They charge me more than what was expected in my itinerary sum total was suppose to be $239. Not $280. They need to reimburse all of my payments.」

「parking is easy. a/c worked okay. hairs everywhere, bed, shower tub, towers. the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. 」

「No issues. Clean room, quiet, comfortable and everything worked. Sink is slightly clogged and the hand soap and body wash containers were empty but I'd been told that room had not yet been inspected. I had my own amenities so no problem. 」

「Bathroom cold water ran very slow. Long baseboard heating was ugly and outdated and no longer used. Furnishings were very outdated.」

「Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would...
