"We loved our stay with Isabel in Porto. The Apartment was spotless, very well designed and comfortable for two. Isabel arranged transportation for us and a great full-day Douro Valley wine tour that I highly recommend. If your looking for a place with a high design fell this is your place. It’s a 2nd floor walk-up but not unmanageable if you can walk the hills of Porto. Also can be noisy at night but that’s the cost of a great location."

"Lovely refurbished building. Our room was unique; a door off the entry that took you to a small sitting room and stairs up to the bed and bath. Very nice; comfortable bed, good ventilation, great shower and a sitting area balcony overlooking the garden and restaurant. They offer a lovely buffet breakfast and Annabella and staff were very accommodating. And we discovered how incredible the restaurant, Jangal, is. Incredible menu, newly opened. Truly a great experience not to be missed. "

"The apartment is beautifully furnished. location is great. Close to train station, good restaurants and river. My only negative is that the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the lack of some amenities, no cleaning supplies, paper towels etc. Nothing in the kitchen except salt, a few packets of dish washer cubes and soap, 6 sugar packets and some leftover ground coffee( I like to be able to wipe down some things before use and usually leave a place cleaner than arrival), only one trash bag....

"Great hostel, owner is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Place is just a 10 minute walk to the main area of Gaia and Porto, so its quiet, but also convenient. I got a private room in this hostel, but I'm sure a dorm room would've been fine. Free breakfast every morning and owner offers recommendations or engaging conversations about Portugal and Porto. They did my laundry for 10 euros too, which was great. "

"The Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel is AWESOME! It is right in the hub of action on the waterfront with a cool area out front to have drinks and snacks and enjoy people watching. The shops around, including a little grocery a few store fronts away, are interesting and great prices considering that you are in the middle of the action. We parked our car at a public garage about two blocks away on the main road into town and it was simple. The room was fun, with a view onto the water, and the breakfast included was great. Loved every bit of this stay and found the price totally reasonable. "
