Excellent beautiful property Staff extremely nice

I loved the location, the property, our room, the food, the service and all the staff. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly, helpful and wonderful. I cannot say enough nice things about them!!

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. We stayed in this place for 4 nights and had an experience of a lifetime. Staff were just absolutely respectful, professional and accommodating of our needs anytime. Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service. The SPA was amazing. For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.

We arrived during a rare one-day power outage and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property was extremely clean and everyone on the staff extremely professional and helpful. Each morning's breakfast was absolutely wonderful and there was port wine and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon.
