O staff super simpático e atencioso, mesmo com o nervosismo mal escondido.
Nota menos positiva só mesmo o tempo no check-in, demorado a meu ver (com reserva efetuada), e o numero reduzido de espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina, o que levou a alguns clientes terem de ficar na relva (solução menos ma), nas cadeiras das mesas de bar (retirando-as dessas mesmas mesas) ou no chao duro (bastante desconfortável)....

Un service de restauration avec un restaurant le soir avec vue sur le Douro, très bon, copieux et pas très cher et un restaurant gastronomique 1ou 2 macarons Michelin au top. Une excellente cuisine a des prix qui restent raisonnables vu la qualité des préparations et du service. Sans hésiter le meilleur hôtel de Porto. 」

We chose this resort for its outdoor layout, which perfectly accommodates families. The outdoor heated pool, playground, paddle courts, spa, and direct access to a beautiful beach were highlights that the kids thoroughly enjoyed.

I was able to walk to all the main tourist attractions from this hotel.
The hotel room had a view of the church tower and the hotel courtyard, and the room was lovely and very clean.
The staff were all very kind.
I would like to stay here again when I go to Porto."
