「Staff was very helpful with arranging taxis etc.」

「The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available.」

「Basically good」

「Great location for Historic Docks and Gunwharf Quay. The hotel was very good with all of the basic facilities that you need. Free parking at rear was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good. Excellent value. Would use hotel again for our next visit.」

「Excellent facilities. Very spacious. Very helpful and personable owners.」

「Staff and quiet place」

「Spacious bedrooms and quiet」
