「悪かった点
・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った
・カーテンが破れてボロボロ
・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい
・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしま うので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった
・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった
・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった
・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった
・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった
・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった
良かった点
・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった
・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」

「Very conscientious and empathetic host who has done her best to provide everything you could possibly need or want. This is also one of the only vacation rentals I’ve been to that actually had good bedding and high quality pillows and blankets in a human quantity. Good coffee from the nespresso machine too! I have the location a 4/5 only because people like to drive fast on market street and if you request a ride from Waymo it is kind of an arduous walk to get to the pickup point a street down...

「This property has a lot going for it & could be a great value. Be aware that it’s operated by a team—maybe many properties are, but that’s not been my experience. While a lot of reviewers report good visits, based on our visit, the team has some housekeeping details and management issues to work on. Our biggest concern is that we were without water in one bathroom sink for more than 24 hours. I assume this type of problem is an unusual occurrence, still the response left something to be desired....
