「Friendly People!」

「悪かった点 ・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った ・カーテンが破れてボロボロ ・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい ・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしまうので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった ・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった ・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった ・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった ・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった ・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった 良かった点 ・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった ・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」

「We enjoyed the clean and comfortable stay in the wonderful neighborhood of Potrero Hill. Coffee and small snacks were provided and we were fortunate to find a great place in San Francisco to be able to come back to after being out on the town.」

「Our check-in went smoothly. The kitchen was very clean and it had all the amenities, including basic spices and salt. 」

「Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced.」
