「Let me start by saying that if it wasn't for the staff, I’d give Azul 2 stars. My husband and I were returning guests from 2021, expecting an improved post-pandemic experience, but our loyalty wasn't even acknowledged. First, the liquor request runaround was completely unnecessary. Before arriving, I coordinated with the resort (Janice) regarding liquor lists, pricing, and the spa menu. I was told my request for Hennessy VS would be handled upon check-in. It was not. Staff sent us hunting...

「This was my second visit to this resort this year, and once again, the staff was phenomenal. You can tell they put a lot into training their team because the level of service is consistently outstanding. We got a chance to try more of the food this time around, and I’d give it a solid 9.2/10 overall. Great variety and plenty of really good options. The location is another huge plus. It’s convenient, and I love that you don’t have to deal with hagglers on the beach. Overall, another great...

「My stay at Princess Grand Jamaica was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere, with plenty of amenities, beautiful views, and great food options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. One thing that really stood out was how easy they made it to change my room from two queen beds to one king bed. There was no hassle or problem at all, and they were happy to accommodate my request. The service,...
