「The hotel was great, room was clean, a/c worked very well. But especially we loved Donna at the front desk. She added the specialness of the hotel. She gave us all sorts of suggestions and was friendly and wonderful! Also, we took her advice to try out the Portage restaurant on premises and LOVED it... try the appetizers, they were amazing!」

「先ず、このホテルにはエレベーターがありません。 私は１階に変更してもらい、事なきを得ましたが、大きな荷物があって、1階の部屋に空きがなければ、大変な思いをします。 ランドリールームもありません。近くのコインランドリーに行く必要があります。洗濯したい方は要注意です。」

「Omly thing we didnt like was one night kids were being noisy and slaming doors going in and out. Even tho it was before 11pm ug was annoying. We did let management know and thry would look into it」
