「Everything you would need there is provided. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. They are also onsite and more than happy to help make your stay the best it can be. Would definitely return」

「I upgraded my room to have a hot tub, the hot tub was extremely dirty and the water was a muddy colour. I washed it out 4 times and still nothing changed. I contacted front desk who just came upstairs to apologize and offered me no discount on my stay or anything at all. The next day they moved me to a different room and the same results happened again. I got fed up and just left and will never return. I know its not the fault of the staff for the rooms not being up to date or cleaned properly...
