「From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours.」

「Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. 」

「This rental was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was more than the usual blah hotel version; very large, very fresh and very tasty. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars through was I had been getting notifications of messages from host pre check-in, but no message appeared. All in all it only took an additional 5 or 10 minutes to check in. I would definitely stay there again.」

「Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements...
