「The room was spotless everything was great」

「Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also great!」

「The staff that answered the phone prior to our arrival were somewhat rude when we inquired about a fee that was not listed in our reservation details. Simple question was asked with a cold, stern response. Front desk young man was very kind when he welcomed us. When we approached our room the door was open which was odd. The bar for hanging clothes was on the entry way table with all of the plastic hangers scattered next to it. It smelled like chinese food as if someone had just ate in the room....

「The front desk women was very accommodating to me especially since arrived early 11am early before the 3pm check in. She let me check in early and was very kind about it. I was in room 229 and it was super clean. They had the heat on in the room at a comfortable setting, the bed was heaven. I was able to conk out pretty quickly for a catnap.
